When Cambridge Town Hall needed to upgrade their furniture to match their ambitious event programming, they turned to Alloyfold for a solution that would transform their operations.

With a dedicated Events Planning Manager and established vendor network, they needed furniture that could seamlessly transition between formal corporate functions and creative community celebrations.

Since completing this 2025 upgrade, the transformation has been remarkable - the venue now transitions effortlessly between events, with staff reporting significantly reduced setup times and improved storage efficiency, whilst guests consistently comment on the enhanced comfort and professional appearance of the spaces.
